About this Event: Our events are different than any other event you’ll attend in our industry. We have a variety of classes for everyone in your gym taught by industry experts. Our goal is for you to learn as much applicable information as possible and then leave with a plan! We recommend, if at all possible, not to book travel or reservations that interfere with conference sessions as you’ll get the most out of your time at the event if you’re present and engaged.
Dress Code: We have a casual dress code for all events. Though Dallas is hot in the summer, we always recommend a light jacket or sweater as the conference centers can be a bit cold due to A/C.
What to Bring: For this event, please consider bringing a laptop and notebook. Additional items may be e-mailed as the event approaches to better prepare you.

Event Details:Â This is a one-day conference with three tracks: Skills, Leadership & Business. There is not an NG Academy track at this event, so all classes are open to all participants.
Times: This event will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. A light snack will be provided in the afternoon. Lunch is on your own.
Transportation: The closest airport to this event is the Orlando International Airport (MCO). Discounted self-park is available for $11.
Room Block: Information on the room block will be released Jan. 18.
