Event Details: This is a two-day conference with skills tracks, a management/leadership track, and owners tracks (one owner’s track is typically reserved for Next Gen Academy members only).

About this Event: Our events are different than any other event you’ll attend in our industry. We have a variety of classes for everyone in your gym taught by industry experts. We aim for you to learn as much applicable information as possible and then leave with a plan! We recommend, if at all possible, not to book travel or reservations that interfere with conference sessions, as you’ll get the most out of your time at the event if you’re present and engaged.

Meals: Coffee is included at breakfast for all participants. Lunch on Sunday is also included. Meal tickets are available for breakfast both days and lunch on Saturday. If you’re looking for the most affordable options for your staff, meal tickets are likely the best way to go as restaurant delivery apps often have extra fees for delivery to the Vegas strip.

Dress Code: We have a casual dress code for all events. Conference rooms can be cold at all times of the year, so please bring a sweater so you are comfortable.

What to Bring: Please consider bringing a laptop and notebook for this event. Additional items may be e-mailed as the event approaches to prepare you better.

Event Details: This is a one-day conference with three tracks: Skills, Leadership & Business. There is not an NG Academy track at this event, so all classes are open to all participants.

Times: This event will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. A light snack will be provided in the afternoon. Lunch is on your own.

Transportation: The closest airport to this event is the Orlando International Airport (MCO). Discounted self-park is available for $11.

Room Block: Information on the room block will be released Jan. 18.
